In the morning of 10th September 2022, the examination for 2022 State Audit practitioner certificates was held in Ha Noi by the State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) for 113 civil servants from SAV’s subordinate units.
Deputy Auditor General, Chairwoman of the Examination Council, Dr. Ha Thi My Dzung delivered the opening speech.
Speaking at the exam opening ceremony, Deputy Auditor General, Chairwoman of the Examination Council, Dr. Ha Thi My Dzung said that the organization of the exam for 2022 State Audit practitioner certificates was carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs for civil servants and the Regulation on examination for State Audit practitioner certificates promulgated with Auditor General's Decision No. 1829/QD-KTNN.
The State Audit practitioner certificates signed by the Auditor General are granted to those who fully meet the standards of auditing expertise and professional ethics to perform State Auditor's responsibilities and tasks. This is one of the mandatory conditions to practice auditing and mark the civil servants' official entry to the state auditors’ team.
According to the Chairwoman of the Examination Council, all candidates participating in this exam have graduated from a university or higher in one of the majors of auditing, accounting, finance, banking, economics or other majors related directly to audit activities and they all have completed the Professional training Program for the Auditor rank. Among the candidates, besides young civil servants, there is a number of other civil servants having had a lot of practical experience and transferred jobs from other organizations and localities to SAV.

In order to achieve the objectives of the exam, the Chairwoman of the Examination Council required the Examination Board to uphold the sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the provisions of the Regulation on examination for State Audit practitioner certificates and follow the rules of the exam. Candidates need to show their political courage, professionalism and State Auditor's ethical and cultural behavior, strictly and fully abide by the exam's rules and regulations, the exam instructions of the examination officer and the Examination Steering Board.
According to the Regulations of examination for State Audit practitioner certificates as approved by SAV's Auditor General, in the exam year 2022, 113 candidates will have to do 01 test for specialized knowledge in finance, accounting and audit in 180 minutes.
The exam would take place in 1 day./.
