The State Audit Office of Viet Nam launched audit report disclosure system on May 22, 2023The State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) has recently completed the implementation phase of the audit report disclosure system to provide the Council for Ethnic Affairs and Committees of the National Assembly with its audit reports in electronic form.The system is aimed at fulfilling the tasks assigned under Resolution No.74/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 by the National Assembly on promoting the implementation of policies and laws related to thrift practice and wastefulness prevention, in which SAV is entrusted with the tasks of “Strengthening and diversifying forms of the publication of audit results in accordance with legal requirements while ensuring the provision of audit information though SAV’s website” and “Providing the Council for Ethnic Affairs and Committees of the National Assembly with its audit reports in electronic form”. SAV has provided accounts for the relevant specialised National Assembly deputies to get access to such system.  The system features the homepage that includes a quick report screen displaying the total number of audits conducted and audit reports issued in the year along with a list of the 10 most updated audit reports. The platform will support the management and exploitation of various audit reports by year, focal points and fields while enabling users to search through all information by lines and by contents in an audit report. For administering the system, SAV provides an account to the Department of Informatics of the Office of the National Assembly and changes access levels to the audit reports of the National Assembly members, monitors and manages accounts granted to the National Assembly deputies. Regarding the audits conducted during fiscal year 2022, SAV has uploaded corresponding audit reports onto the system for the exploitation of the National Assembly deputies. Whereas, the audit reports of 2023 will be uploaded no later than 30 days after the date of issuance. The system was officially launched on May 22, 2023 at https://congkhaibckt.sav.gov.vn.
