1. Administration Department’s Leaders include: Chief and Deputy Chiefs of Office, who are appointed and dismissed by Auditor General.

2. Administration Department 's organizational structure includes:
a) Secretary – General Division;
b) Administrative Division;
c) Accounting Division;
d) Administration Division;
d) Investment Management Division;
e) Public Relations Division;
g) Finance Board;
h) Emulation and Commendation Board;
i) Vehicle management team;
k) Construction Investment Project Management Board of SAV.
 - The Division has a Head and Deputy Heads assisting the Head of Division
- The Finance Board and the Emulation and Reward Board have a Head and Deputy Heads assisting the Head of the Board (Head is ranked at level of Deputy Chief of Department)
- The Construction Investment Project Management Board has a Head and Deputy Heads assisting the Head (Head is the Head of Division).
- The vehicle management team has a Head and Deputy Head (the Head is equivalent to Head of Division).
- The appointment, dismissal, and removal of leaders of Divisions, Boards, and Teams are carried out in accordance with the regulations on decentralization of personnel management of SAV.
- The specific tasks of each Division, Board, and Teams are prescribed by the Chief of Department after approval from the Auditor General.
- The establishment, merger, separation, and dissolution of Division, Boards, and Teams under the Department are decided by the Auditor General at the request of the Chief of Office and Director General of the Department of Personnel and Organization.
